How to download and set up the mySigen app
The mySigen app is how you monitor your Sigenergy system, check production and battery levels, change working modes, and set your Backup Reserve. It's available for both iPhone and Android.
Download the app
Search for mySigen in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install it. You can also scan the QR code on the back of your system documentation.
Create an account
Open the app and tap Register to create a new account. You'll need an email address and to set a password. Verify your email when prompted.
If you already have an account, tap Login and enter your credentials.
Connect to your system
Once logged in, the app will display your home system dashboard. If your inverter is connected to WiFi, your system data will appear automatically within a few minutes.
If the app shows your system as offline, your inverter may need to be reconnected to your home WiFi network. See our guide: How to reconnect your Sigenergy inverter to WiFi.
What you can do in the app
From the app home screen you can see live solar production, battery charge level, and how your home is using energy. Under Settings you can change your working mode, adjust your Backup Reserve, and power the system on or off remotely.
